Dr. Abbas Khayami is a licensed Chiropractor serving the Scottsdale Arizona community who specializes in chiropractic rehabilitative care. He has begun his career working as a pharmacist technician at Walgreens. He saw how people abusing medications and became addicted not only solved their problems, but also added other problems to their lives. He decided to pursue his career toward Chiropractic attending Parker College of Chiropractic in Texas and received his doctored degree in 2008.
Dr. Khayami uses a "whole person approach". This approach to wellness means looking for underlying causes of any disturbance or disruption (which may or may not be causing symptoms at the time) and make whatever interventions and lifestyle adjustments would optimize the conditions for normal function. Using this unique approach, Dr. Khayami is able to help you to accelerate and/or maintain your journey to good health.
He has extensive experience in diagnosis and treatment of musculo-skeletal problems for the entire family. Very involved in his profession “In order to give you a higher quality of care”, he participate in professional organizations and regularly attend seminars about techniques to relieve stress on the nervous system and to prevent injury, as well as innovations in pain relief, increase body function.
Dr. Khayami feels it is important to spend time with his patients to better assess their complaints. He believes that the muscles as well as the joints have an important impact on a patient’s recovery. With that in mind Dr. Khayami has combined myofascial release (deep muscle work focusing on scar tissue) and trigger point release with Chiropractic to create a unique approach to Chiropractic care for that resin have Massage therapist in his office.
