About Me:
Acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, nutritional counseling, rehabilitaion of muscular injuries and supplements. Specializing in the treatment of chronic/acute pain, auto-immune disorders, weight loss, type II diabetes, sleep disorders, oncology, wound healing, menopausal symptoms, emotional issues (anxiety, depression and agitation), relaxation and treating the whole patient.
After years of working for other medical practitioners, I found myself disappointed, irritated and upset with the low level of care these companies had for their patients. Many ailments and patient's complaints were completely ignored and dismissed because it was not a priority to the doctor. Not only have I found in working with other practitioners a lack of care, but also a lack of compassion. In some of the positions that I held, I watched patient's fork over exuberant amounts of money resulting in foreclosure on their homes and bankruptcy. Consciously, I refused to participate in a health care system that did not put patient's needs first. So I decided to start my own buisness where patients were priority, thus Emerge Acupuncture.
