Before starting ethervision, Randall spent twelve years with MTV Networks helping Bluechip clients such as Nintendo, Wal-Mart, Wrigley and LEGO develop national, multi-platform media promotions. From TV, online, magazine & VOD to on-pack, in-store, in-theater " tours, Randall helped consumers connect with brand experience wherever they go.

Randall received his MBA from Kellogg Graduate School of Management (Northwestern) in 2004 with concentrations in Marketing and Entrepreneurship.
