Terry has over 12 years experience as an Executive Coach and Organizational Development Consultant. Prior to starting his own business, Terry worked at Hewlett-Packard for over 22 years. He served in several positions including Quality Engineer, Manufacturing Development Engineer, Production Manager, Business Manager, Reengineering Manager, Sr. Quality Consultant, and Internal Consultant V.
Terry received his BS in Materials Science and Engineering from Rice University in 1986 and an MA in Organizational Design and Effectiveness in 2000 from the Fielding Graduate University. Terry earned the Fielding Certificate in Integral Studies in 2008 and the Evidence Based Coaching Graduate Certificate in 2009. He is also currently a PhD student at Fielding studying Human and Organizational Systems.
Terry is a certified Evidence Based Coach from the Fielding Graduate University, a certified Emotional Intelligence Coach from CEO Partnership, and a certified Book Yourself Solid® Coach from Michael Port.
His company is a qualified HUBZone small business concern (SBC) with the U.S. Small Business Administration and is certified with the NGLCC as an LGBT Business Enterprise as part of their supplier diversity program. His company is also a member of the Ariba Supplier Network.
