About Me:
Whether you're buying or selling a home, I will provide you with honest feedback and a professional opinion. With a reputation for attention to detail, patient communication, and reliability; Vango Home Inspection Services is qualified and ready to assist you with your inspection needs.
We keep things in perspective where deficiencies are found; however, we also like to make you aware of positive aspects of the property. If any unsafe or hazardous items are found, the report will highlight all items that require further evaluation. An inspection is not a guarantee, warranty or insurance policy. Without dismantling a house or it systems, and not having built or assembled the house, there are limitations. I can substantially reduce your risk, but I cannot eliminate it, nor do I assume it.
A Home inspection can help you buy or sell your home with confidence and I'll provide invaluable help in turning you into a knowledgeable consumer. Home owners can identify problems in the making and take preventive measures to avoid costly repairs.
Our service to you is primarily one of education. Our goal is to give you a better understanding of the physical condition of the property so that you can make a well-informed decision. We will also endeavor to keep our findings in perspective...after all a cracked pane of glass does not have the same implications as a cracked foundation. You can choose from hard copy delivery, e-mail delivery, or download the report (with your login information from our website) all within a few hours of the actual inspection.
Services Offered:
1) Home Buyer/Seller Inspections
2) New Construction Inspections
3) Home Maintenance Analysis
4) One-Year Home Warranty Inspections
5) Pre-Listing Inspections
6) Landlord Tenant Disputes
7) Radon Testing
A home cannot fail an inspection. A professional home inspection gives you an independent, unbiased view of any problems and their solutions, so that you will have all the facts you need to make a sound, informed decision.
Depending on the size and condition of the home, a thorough home inspection will take no more than four hours, usually between an hour and a half and three hours. Ideally, you will accompany your inspector during the consultation, so that you will have visual reinforcement of your written report.
A HOME INSPECTION is a thorough but general overview of your home's condition. At times, it may be necessary to consult with a specialist such as an electrician, heating contractor or engineer for more in depth assessments of particular conditions, much like a doctor who is a general practitioner, would refer his patient with a heart condition to a cardiologist.
I look forward in assisting you with your home inspection needs.
